Regulatory News

The National Petroleum Agency (ANP) has authorized Chevron to restart oil exploration in Brazil after more than a year of suspended activities following two oil spills in the Campos Basin. The regulator has allowed the oil company to resume activities in six wells.

The ANP also decided that with the resumption of production, the company will have to provide reports every 15 days showing the monitoring of changes in well pressure.
